Pay services:
Parking-space €30,00 a week - air conditioning €40,00 a week (€10,00 daily use) - renting bed linen with weekly change (communicate at arrival time) €10,00 for person including towels. Final room cleaning €40,00 for one-room flat, €45,00 for two- and three-room flats (cooking area may be cleaned by guest or pay €20,00 extra) -laundry chip € 4,00 - rental bikes - Gymnasium.
It is also possible to book meals (lunch, dinner) which will be delivered at the flats in fixed times. The menu will be updated every day. In certain periods will be organised trips and guide tours.
Booking and payment:
At booking time must be paid within 10 days an account equal to a third oftotai quote, the reception will then
confirm the booking. The full payment has to be lodged at key delivery and anyhow at arrival time. In case of
cancellation the account will not be given back. Caution is obliged €100,00 which will be given back at end of
stay.
Arrivals and departures:
The flats are available from 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. and have to be liberated not later than 10 am at last day of stay. Delivery and recall of keys can take place only at the reception of residence. If the guest cannot arrive within 5 p.m., it must be communicated directly at the residence through phone, fax or e-mail. In case the accommodation cannot be occupied within 11 am of the day after, it will be considered a renouncing. There are no discounts for delayed arrivals or earlier departures.

No kind or size of animals can be introduced in the residence.
